We are the Valley's newest ranchers, raising a small herd of goats, flock of chickens and three children. We are a small family owned and operated farm located in Hadley, MA, in Western MA, 3-hrs from NYC and 90-min from Boston. We began farming and raising our own chickens for meat and eggs to provide the healthiest start possible for our three children. We enjoy knowing where our food comes from and how it was treated during its lifetime. More

Goat Sampler
A great way to try all the cuts. You get 1lb stew meat, 1lb ground, 2 rib chops, 2 loin chops and 1/2 leg. Ground and stew are good cooked just about anyway. Ribs are excellent on the grill or braised. The 1/2 leg makes for a good slow roast.
